Shenquan Fort Revolution Memorial (the former site of the Central People's Republic of China) is located in Shenquan Fort Village, 10 kilometers west of Jiaxian town. It consists of three upper, middle and lower chambers and the western side "Meeting the New High Tide of the Chinese Revolution - The CPC Central Committee Shifts to Shaanxi North in Jiaxian Exhibition Hall" on the west side. In 2008, it was approved by the state to enter the second batch of red tourist classic scenic spots in the country, selected as a national AAA scenic spot in 2017 and named provincial patriotic education base in 2020.

The exhibition room covers an area of 89.6 square meters. It is divided into discipline masters, teachers, writings, honors, growth history, and so on. With rich pictures, text, kind and video, it tells the main story of Mr. Gao Jingde’s life, research contributions and noble spirit.
