After the introduction of the Central Eight Provisions, the Party Central constantly advances its institutionalized and normalized development, forming a more general guiding spirit in the practice process, becoming an important gripper for strengthening the party style construction in the new era.
The Central Eight Provisions Spirit is an extension of the Central Eight Provisions
The central eight regulations apply to all comrades of the Central politburo, mainly from improving investigation and research, streamlining conference activities, streamlining document briefings, regulating visiting activities, improving news coverage, strict document publishing, and exploiting frugality and saving.
The heart of the eight central provisions lies in opposition to the "four winds"
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the "Four Winds" is contrary to the nature and purpose of our party. It is a problem that the current masses deeply abhor, reflect the strongest problems, and it is also an important source of damage to the relations of the party group. Other problems in the party are related to these "Four Winds", or derived from these "Four Winds". This spirit reflects the Party’s high regard for style issues and its strategic intention to enhance the party’s governing base and mass trust by improving style and optimizing political ecology.
The eight central rules are consistent.
Since the introduction of the Central Eight Regulations, the content of finding violations of the central eight regulations has changed constantly, but as a spirit, it has always been consistent. It is mainly reflected in: emphasis on the above rates, leading by example; emphasis on being pragmatic and relevant to practical; emphasis on simplicity and efficiency; emphasis on strict norms, not discounting; emphasis on long-term effectiveness, movement hard; emphasis on curing results and forming mechanisms. Since the 18th Congress, the party has made a big change with small cuts.
