On October 28th, the "Eastern Red" Cup Yellow River Basin National Biennial of Fine Art Works was opened in Jiaxian Oriental Red Culture Industrial Park. Yang Qinglin, a member of Shaanxi Provincial People's Party Committee and president of Xi'an Mei Association, attended and spoke.

Jiaxian Rong Media Center, County Culture Museum, County Culture Museum, County Guozhen Library as the theme of "Tangling Yellow River Water and Enriching Jiaxian County Situation", aims to further promote the economic and social development achievements of Jiaxian County.

This year marks the 5th anniversary of the implementation of ecological protection and high-quality development strategy in the Yellow River Basin. Jiaxian is located in the hinterland of the Yellow River Grand Canyon in Qinjin, is the birthplace of the Yellow River Boatman Qu "The Ninety-Nine Roads of the Yellow River", 73 km through the county area, accounting for 10% of the Yellow River basin in Shaanxi.

Ren Xiangjun said that in recent years, Jiaxian has dug deep into the characteristic cultural resources represented by "red, yellow river and white cloud mountain" as well as continued to promote the prosperity and development of cultural business and cultural industry. It has built more than 30 cultural venues such as Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum and Oriental Red Bookstore.

Jiaxian County is a large cultural tourism resource, and it is also a great place for many literary and artistic lovers to pick up the style of creation. The 100 national paintings and oil paintings on display are distinctive themes, full of emotions and rich connotations.

The ceremony was held in Xi'an by the American Association of Xi'an to the Jiaxian Cultural Tourism Bureau.
