Poetry on the Yellow River: Renowned Chinese Poets Visit Jia County
On September 23rd, the “Chinese Famous Poet Yulin Walk” event opened its first stop and walked into Jiaxian County. Poets learned about Yellow River culture, visited millennia old town, watched folk performances, and searched for poetry in this lively county town.
On September 5th, the “Changhe Wangu Flow” event co-organized by Jiaxian County Committee Promotion Department, Yulin Poetry Society, Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum, Jiaxian Literary and Art Federation, Jiaxian Reception Center, Jiaxian Poetry Joint Society, Shaanxi Shaanxi Shaanxi Shaanxi North Culture Tourism Co., Ltd., Baiyun Mountain Tourism Company, Chiniu Development Co., Ltd.
The theme of the exhibition is "Changhe Wan Ancient Flows", which aims to dig deeper into the cultural heritage of the Yellow River, enhance the creative level, promote cultural exchange, heritage and development.
The group, accompanied by relevant staff, first arrived at the Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum. At the museum, everyone followed the lecturers to learn more about the natural geography of the Yellow River Basin and the development of Chinese civilization in different historical times.
In the end, everyone listened to the story of President Gao Jingde and Tsinghua University, inspiring everyone who walked into the memorial.
After a short break, the group went to Yukou International Art Town, Chiniu Luan Folk Culture Village and Woodyu Ancient Town for wind harvesting.
Through the field, artists experienced firsthand the broad depths of Yellow River culture, collected first-hand materials and deepened understanding and identification with China’s excellent traditional culture; immersed in historical cultural relics and natural scenery, inspiration bursts and passions.
