On April 2nd, the Shenquan Fort Revolution Memorial Hall welcomed a group of energetic visitors - more than 400 teachers and students in first and second grade of Jiaxian Comprehensive High School. They walked 16 km round trip to the important station during the war in Shaanxi Province.

The Shenquanbao Revolution Memorial Hall, an important station during the war in Shaanxi, witnessed the glorious 53 days of Mao Zedong's life and battle. It was drafted by the People's Liberation Army Declaration, put forward the great slogan "Down with Chiang Kai-shek and liberate all China".

At 8:50 a.m., the teachers and students arrived at the memorial hall to sing "Eastern Red" in solemn atmosphere, and listened to the lively group lessons brought by Kang Secretary of the committee. Then, under the leadership of the lecturers, the students visited the extraordinary courage - for one Yan'an exchange for all China; strategic counteroffensive - ushered in a historic twist; dawn before dawn - greeted the new climax of the Chinese revolution.

Students listened carefully to the moving story behind the inscription “Standing on the side of the most working people”, and further understood the profound connotation of the link between the party and the people. Many students took a careful record during their visit, and asked questions.

The study was not only an immersive experience of red culture, but also a vivid thought and practical lesson. Students honed their will in walking to and from the old red site to draw spiritual strength.

The Memorial Hall will continue to play the role of the Red Education Base. We warmly welcome more schools and social groups to visit and learn.
