On September 23, 1947, Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and Ren Bishi led the Central Organs of the Communist Party of China to Shenquanburg Village in Jiaxian County. During his residency at Shenquanburg, Mao Zedong drafted the Declaration of the People's Liberation Army Headquarters, and other important documents such as the Re-enactment of the Three Major Disciplines and the Order of the People's Liberation Army Headquarters.
