Remediation room and laboratory management system

To create a safe and effective, well-ordered repair room and laboratory environment, to achieve the purpose of "scientific, normative, safe and efficient".

1. Discipline and Management

(1) Remediation rooms and laboratories are important places for storage of artifacts. Staff must be highly responsible and safe.

(2) Non-staff members are not allowed to enter the restorative room or laboratory without permission.

(3) Access to the repair room must wear work clothes, chat, play, play, noise in the work area.

(3) During the work, strict safety procedures and antiquities protection repair operation norms are required.

(4) Remediation room with a dedicated person responsible for hygiene management, indoor sanitation should be cleaned regularly, clean and dust free, eliminate pollution.

(5) Work area equipment and materials should be fixed placement, so that items are stored orderly.

2. Safety management

(1) Safety management adopts the system of safety responsibility, each repair room and laboratory security responsible person is fully responsible for the safety work of this repair room and laboratory.

(2) No smoking indoors, no non-working use of electric stoves, electric cookers, electric kettles and other appliances.

(3) Fire extinguishers and other fire equipment should be placed in the prescribed location and kept properly.

(4) Hazardous and toxic chemicals and protective remediation materials shall be locked in the cabinet, safe keeping, special person responsible for key management, registration before access, strictly prohibited to take dangerous or toxic harmful pharmaceutical materials out of the laboratory.

(5) When staff leave the repair room, laboratory, shut off power, water source, lock doors and windows. Before holidays, carefully check water, electricity, gas and other instruments equipment, close related equipment and pipelines to eliminate safety hazards.

(6) Waste fluid in the repair room is poured into waste liquid collection bucket for centralized treatment; solid garbage dump person bucket, clean up promptly by staff, must not be poured into the sink to prevent sink blockage and corrosion damage. Toxic harmful waste liquid waste, flammable, explosive, corrosive materials should be sequestered independently and treated centrally.

(7) The experiment or repair work is completed, the work site and experimental utensils should be cleaned frequently, kept tidy, high temperature disinfection if necessary.

(8) Remediation personnel should strengthen learning, know safety and common sense, master instrument equipment, pharmaceutical materials use specifications, strictly implement the relevant work system and operating norms.
