Summer Volunteer Recruitment Announcement
Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum is located in the Yellow River Cultural Scenic Area of Juzhou, Jia County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It covers an area of 16780 square meters and a spread area of 11660 square meters. It is the first comprehensive museum on the theme of Yellow River culture in Shaanxi Province.
In order to enrich the strength of service in the summer museum, better inherit the Yellow River culture and build a platform for youth social practice.
Recruit and basic requirements
Retired leadership cadres, entrepreneurs and students are encouraged to join the volunteer team.
1. Age requirements: over 18 years of age, under 65 years of age, physical and mental health, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
2. Education: Junior high school or above, majors in history, Chinese, archaeology, education, travel and broadcasting are preferred.
The time requirement:
Service period: July 1 - August 31, 2026 (closed every Monday, no need to attend post).
Open hours: 9:00-18:30, summer rush peak on-demand delay service volunteers need to ensure that the cumulative summer service is not less than 48 hours, a single job is not less than 4 hours.
4. Literacy requirements: love the Yellow River culture, enthusiasm for public welfare, obey the museum rules and regulations, patience, responsibility, no bad record.
Summer Volunteer Positions
1. Exhibition hall: responsible for the normalization of exhibition hall, for visitors to popularize the Yellow River civilization and Jiaxian local history.
2. Visitor guide: exhibition hall order maintenance, tour guide, on-site consultation, civilization viewing counseling, assist in handling simple inquiries.
3. Summer Activity Assistant: Assist with summer study class, Yellow River culture lecture, parent-child handicraft, red cultural experience etc.
4. Archives clerk: help organize the Yellow River documents, cultural relics and activity drawings.

IV. Recruitment Process
1. Registration period: July 1, 2026 to July 20, 2026.

Online Registration: Please go to the second floor office of Yellow River Cultural Scenic Area Visitor Service Center, Jia County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province.
Group Registration: College departments, communities and enterprises can be unified group registration.
3.Interview Selection: After the registration, we will conduct preliminary screening of applicants and notify eligible persons to participate in the interview.
4.Training assessment: The interviewee will receive professional training, after the training is completed, and the qualified person officially becomes a museum volunteer.
