V. Application process
1. Register by appointment
Applicants can make an appointment in advance by telephone or on-site channels to register the basic information such as name, contact number, quantity of items, item type, estimate date and current damage status.
2. Material on site
Submit your valid identity documents, proof of legal origin of the collection, and sign the Legal Collection Pledge.
3. Physical verification file
Staff check the collection on site, uniform photo registration and transfer to identification, escrow, maintenance or repair.
4.Professional Business Implementation
Professionals of Shaanxi Institute of Antiquities Conservation jointly carry out various work in accordance with industry norms, providing appraisal opinions, conservation records, restoration archives and so on.
5. Take back the collection
Upon completion of business, the museum informs the applicant to collect the collection with his valid ID.
