Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum Research Lab Opens Sharing System

Chapter I General

Article 1 In order to make full use of the resources advantage of our research laboratory, to live the Yellow River cultural relics scientific equipment, specimen data, research platform and other resources, promote the protection, research, inheritance and innovation of the Yellow River cultural heritage.

Article 2 This system applies to all external research institutions, universities, industry units, professional researchers and scientific staff who apply for the use of our research laboratory resources.

The third laboratory open sharing adheres to the principle of public welfare priority, orderly regulation, security control, resource sharing and mutual benefit and win-win.

Chapter 2: Open Scope and Services

Article 4 The scope of open resources includes: laboratory routine scientific instruments and equipment, antiquities testing and analysis platform, Yellow River cultural specimen database, scientific literature archives, experimental research sites, academic research facilities, etc.

Article 5 The main open service content: first is to carry out experimental testing, data analysis and academic research on related topics of Yellow River culture, cultural heritage, folklore literature, etc.; the second is to carry out scientific cooperation, technical exchange, joint research on topics of industry units;

Chapter 3 Open Application and Approval Process

Article 6 All external units and individuals use laboratory resources, advance appointment, grade-by-level approval, filing registration system.

Article 7 The applicant must submit a written appointment application 3 working days in advance to clarify the use, research topic, usage time, equipment and information required, information of participants and so on.

Article 8 The scientific research management department will verify the content of the application, focus on auditing the subject compliance, use and personnel qualifications, in conjunction with laboratory work arrangements to prepare for approval.

Article 9 Long-term cooperation topics, major joint research projects, can sign a special cooperation agreement to clarify the rights of both parties, resources use, attribution of results and confidentiality requirements.

Chapter 4: Management and Requirements

Article 10 All personnel entering the laboratory must strictly comply with national antiquities laws and regulations, obey the dispatch of field managers, regulate the operation of instruments and equipment, strictly prohibit illegal operations, private disassembly, move experimental equipment.

Article 11 The experiment operation is carried out under the supervision of staff, strictly in accordance with the experimental process. Before using the equipment, it is necessary to check the status of the equipment before use, and promptly clean up the site, reset the equipment, turn off the hydropower.

Article 12 strictly implement the confidentiality management system, it is strictly prohibited to photograph, copy and disseminate relevant data, undisclosed scientific research results, internal experimental materials.

Article 13 Users need to take care of laboratory facilities equipment, artifacts specimens and literature materials, to prevent damage, loss, contamination and other situations.

Article 14 The laboratory shall be closed management, strictly prohibited from entering the experimental area, smoking, eating, frolicking, carrying flammable explosives and prohibited items in the laboratory.

Chapter 5 Results Management and Stake Norms

Article 15 Research papers, research reports, academic works and project results based on the laboratory resources of our museum, need to indicate in the results the words "Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum Research Laboratory Support".

Article 16 The intellectual property rights, publishing rights and conversion rights of cooperative scientific research results are strictly enforced in accordance with the cooperation agreement between the parties.

Article 17 The museum has the right to monitor all open and shared research projects, progress verification, results filing, violations of use, unauthorized disclosure, infringement of commercial activities.

Chapter VI by-laws

Article 18 This system is responsible for interpretation and revision by the research management department of Yellow River Culture Museum, Shaanxi.

Article 19 This system shall go into effect from the date of publication.
