From September 2015 to September 2024, Jiujiu Public Welfare Festival has been held for ten consecutive years, with a cumulative user fundraising of more than 18.3 billion yuan. It has become one of the most engaged, influential and diverse public welfare action days in China.
In 2025, the Jiujiu Public Welfare Festival will cooperate with Tencent SSV Digital Culture Lab and major museums to jointly launch the "National Guardian Action on Digital Artifacts", which aims to promote the digitalization of cultural relics.

Through the "one sweep, one beat and one red flower" play, every public can become a documenter, communicator and guardian of culture, so that cultural heritage can be integrated into daily life and become a trend.
Step 1: Scan the code to “heat” the museum
Walk into the Yellow River Cultural Museum, scan the Xiaohonghua code or museum code, you can participate in activities and contribute 1 "thermal value" to the museum. Tencent Public Welfare provides cultural relics guardian public welfare support (1 thermal value corresponds to help 1 yuan public welfare, one person/per venue, depending on Tencent side accounting data).
Step 2: “Take” the artifacts, “Leave a frame for history”
If you want to see the artifacts in the exhibition hall, take out your mobile phone and save the artifacts in front of you, choose to upload them. Whether it is photographing artifacts ontology or creative photo with artifacts, every one of your photos will become part of the digital archive, helping artifacts break space-time limits.
Step 3: "Collar" the little red flower, for inheritance "voice"
After the photo audit is passed, you will receive a digital certificate of “Digital Keeper”. Bring your little red flower and unlock WeChat “Little Red Flower Do Good” status.
