Recently, more than 1,200 teachers and students of Jiaxian No.1 Middle School held a walk-up workshop on the theme “Shangde Shang’s Journey to the Holy Land and Dream to Create Glory”. The event aims to get students out of school, delve into nature, learn about the Red Revolution through field visits and learning.

On the day of the event, along with the breeze of spring, the teachers and students of Jiaxian No.1 Middle School successfully walked about 11.6 kilometers to Shenquan Fort Revolution Memorial. At Shenquan Fort, the teachers and students visited the former residence of the CPC Central Committee, the old residence of Chairman Mao.

The event not only gave teachers and students a first-hand experience of the heroic deeds and revolutionary spirit, but also enhanced their sense of patriotism and historical responsibility.
