Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum is located in the Dongfanghong Culture Industrial Park, Jiaxian County, with a construction area of 16780m2 and an exhibition area of 11660m2. It is the first comprehensive museum on the theme of Yellow River culture in the province.

Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum is a four-story frame structure, including the first and second floors of the Yellow River Cultural Museum, three floors of the temporary exhibition hall, and four floors of the Yellow River Cultural Research Center. The museum consists of five exhibition halls, among which 5464 mechanical modules make up matrix, showing the full picture of the Yellow River Basin, etc. The third exhibition hall, "Ninety-nine Road Bay of the World Yellow River", includes four parts: "Dahe Folk Wind", "Formerly bustling", "Food Feast" and "Dance and Dance", mainly shows the value concept of historical condensation, handicraft techniques, living customs, commercial trade, food specialities, opera and cultural arts.
