Mr. He Qichang told the story of “Chairman Mao in Jiaxian” to high school students in Jiaxian No.1 Middle School. Teacher He Qichang is an expert on party history at Yulin Municipal Party Committee and a special researcher at Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum Province.
