On September 19, the 2025 Yellow River Tourism Conference was held in Jiaxian County, Yulin City. Zhang Jianzhong, president of China's Yellow River Cultural and Economic Development Research Association, vice mayor of Yulin City People's Government, Ji Yuefei, deputy secretary of Jiaxian County Party Committee and county governor Gao Dengke attended the conference.

The Wanli Yellow River rolls eastward from the Qinghai Plateau, passing through Qinghai Province, Sichuan Province, Gansu Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Shanxi Province, Shaanxi Province, Henan Province and Shandong Province.
The conference was held in Qinghai, Shaanxi, Shandong and other places. It fostered a number of Yellow River brand projects and played an active role in promoting tourism development along the Yellow River and cultural transmission along the Yellow River.

The conference took the form of tourism promotion, experience sharing, watershed meltwater, cooperation signing, advocacy release and interactive experience. It has carried out "clean Yulin", "yellow river bank Zaoer Hong" and other tourist promotions; Shaanxi Jia County and Qingjian, Ningxia Shapo Head, Henan Luoyang Dahe River Vera, Ningxia Yinchuan Cultural Tourism Group shared typical experiences such as rural tourism integration, cultural tourism business complex, star tourism products, "light pursuit tour" product creation. Xue Xiaohua, Director of the Yellow River Cultural Museum of Shaanxi Province, released the Yellow River Initiative to carry forward the Yellow River Culture Walk for thousands of miles.

Jiaxian is one of the most iconic songs of the Yellow River. Today, Jiaxian has formed eight major categories and 62 tourism resources, including 19 subclasses and 62 tourist resources, and is becoming one of the emerging characteristic tourist destinations along the Yellow River.

On the afternoon of September 19, water from Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Henan and Shaanxi were merged with Weihe, Luhe, Unding River, Cave Wild River, Jialu River, Ba River, Black River, Zuli River, Qingshui River and Huangfu River.
