On the afternoon of September 20, 2025, hosted by Yulin Municipal People's Government, Yulin City Culture and Tourism Bureau and Jiaxian People's Government, "the first Shaanxi Road along the Huang tourism belt self-drive tourism industry and economic development conference and line treading activities along the Huang sightseeing road" was grandly opened and officially launched.

The event was held in the ancient town of Mudyu, which enjoys the reputation of rural revitalization demonstration village of Shaanxi Province, beautiful and livable demonstration village and national ancient residential protection village. Relying on the magnificent scenery and deep cultural heritage along S201 “China Highway 1” along Huangshi Road, many leaders came to the site.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Li Hanxian, second-level investigator of the CPC Jia County Committee and set up 11 agendas. Leaders and guests who visited the site included: Gao Dengke, deputy secretary of the CPC Jia County People's Government, Yang Shufa, deputy director of Yulin City Culture and Tourism Bureau, Zhang Zhipeng, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of Jia County People's Congress, Xu Zhigang, vice president of the Jia County Political Association, Mr. Yubo, president of the Quanlian Tourism Chamber of Commerce, Bao Jianmin, secretary general of the Shaanxi Province Travel Agents Association, Xu Xiaohua, director of the Yellow River Cultural Museum, and representatives from Beijing, Henan, Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong and other places.

In his opening speech, the governor of Gaotengke pointed out that along S201 Huangshi Road is 828.5 kilometers long and connects 17 special attractions in Jiaxian County, Wubao, Suide and Qingjian four counties, such as Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum, Wood Yu, Baiyun Mountain, Chiniu Lulu, Dongdu Monument, Beigu Scenic Spot etc., it is a golden channel integrating ecology, culture, tourism and economy.

Yuyu Feng, Director of Culture and Tourism Bureau of Yulin City, and Ma Changyan, Director of Cultural Tourism Bureau of Jia County, introduced the cultural resources of Yulin and Jia County respectively, showing the unique charm of Shaanxi North.

In the keynote session, Mr. Yu, president of the All-Union Tourism Chamber of Commerce and Industry, proposed to create a "national leisure self-drive tourism corridor" positioning, through regional linkage, digital empowerment, scene innovation and other six actions to promote high-quality development along the Huang Self-Driving Tour

Wang Bo, general manager of Shaanxi Shaanxi Shaanxi Shaanxi Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. said in his speech on "Integrating Resources, Join Hands to Start a New Chapter of Cultural Travel along the Huang Self-Drive" that this event is not only a trip on wheels, but also a cultural pilgrimage to explore China's roots, thanking all levels of government and partners for their support, and calling on car friends to travel safely and civilly and spread the Yellow River culture.

Shaanxi Provincial Association of Travel Agents awarded the plaque "Shaanxi Provincial Association of Travel Agents along Huang Self-Driving Professional Committee Office" to Jiaxian County, Shaanxi Province, Mudyu Scenic Area, Qingjian North Country Scenic Area and Suide Shanghe Source Scenic Area.

Chen Weijun, director of Jiaxian Culture and Tourism Antiquities, made a safety mobilization speech before this departure ceremony, Director Chen emphasized that self-drive itinerary, safety first,I hope this trip is safe, smooth and enjoyable to feel the beautiful scenery along S201 section of Huangshou Road!

"Along Huang Sightseeing Road" S201 road sign unveiling link, Comrade Zhang Zhipeng, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Jia County People's Congress, and Comrade Xu Zhigang, vice chairman of Jia County CPPCC, jointly unveiled the "Along Huang Sightseeing Road S201" sign.

At the end of this event, Yang Shufa, deputy director of Yulin City Culture and Tourism Bureau, announced that "the first ride along the Huang Self-Driving Tour · Along the Huang Sightseeing Road S201" was officially launched in 2025.
