On November 6, 2025, the "Yellow River Cultural Heritage Lecture Hall" hosted by Shaanxi Yellow River Cultural Heritage Research Center and organized by Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum and Shaanxi Institute for Conservation of Antiquities (Shaanxi Provincial Cultural Heritage Identification Research Center) was successfully held at Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum in Jia County, Yulin City.

Yellow Riverology, as an emerging cross-disciplinary discipline, has been developing for more than 40 years since its first initiative in the 1980s. Its knowledge system covers four dimensions: ontology, governance practices, resource utilization and civilization evolution. The core lies in the systematic interpretation of the profound connection between the Yellow River and state and national destiny.

Yellow River Cultural Heritage Research Center of Shaanxi Province deepens the mechanism of "collaboration of museums" mechanism. The lecture adopts the "online + offline" integration mode, through simultaneous live broadcast of the official video of the Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum Province, and effectively expands the breadth of cultural transmission and social engagement of the Yellow River.

As the Yellow River Cultural Museum of Shaanxi, we will continue to focus on the diverse dimensions of Yellow River culture based on the good results of this lecture. We will continue to invite well-known experts to teach and discuss the unique value of Yellow River cultural heritage in Shaanxi.
