Social Donation Management System and Operation Process

Article 1 In order to fully protect antiquities and promote the cause development of the Shaanxi Yellow River Culture Museum (hereinafter referred to as "the museum") and fully play the role of donated collections in traditional cultural dissemination and education, this system is formulated according to laws and regulations such as the Antiquities Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.

Article 2 Natural persons, legal persons or other organizations may donate to the museum.

The Basic Principles of Social Donation:

1. Donations and donation procedures shall comply with national laws, regulations and relevant regulations;

2. Donation is voluntary and must meet the needs of our collection standards or causes;

3. The donor shall have uncontested ownership and disposal rights;

It is strictly forbidden to use the donated collection;

5. If the donation needs to be calculated value, we will commission relevant field experts or third-party evaluators to evaluate the donated collection;

6. Organize and record donated collections in time.

Article 4 Operating Procedures for Receiving Social Donations:

3.Consult with donors about specific donation matters, sign a "Donation Agreement" and stamp the official seal of this museum.

4.According to the value of the donated collection, the museum gives different forms of honor and recognition.
